This is where your journey truly begins. Our offerings are designed as deep, playful explorations into different realms of intimacy, embodiment, and self-discovery. But before you dive in, there are two important steps to honour the integrity of the experience — for yourself and the group.

First, take a few minutes to complete the Quiz. It helps us understand where you're at and ensures you’re stepping into the right space, with the right support.

Then begin with Level 1: The Body Compass. This foundational experience isn’t just a starting point — it’s your anchor. Here, you'll learn how to attune to your body’s signals, develop the communication tools needed to honour your boundaries and desires, and build the emotional and relational fluency required for the deeper work that follows.

Only after completing Level 1 will the rest of the adventures open to you. Each one invites you into new territory — from playful curiosity to tender edges — but all of them rest on the skills and safety established in your first journey.
